Andie is a natural RTT guide and coach. Her friendly, personable manner helped me to relax from the beginning of our session. She is intuitively connected with the words and questionsI most needed to hear, allowing me to deeply enter the process. And despite it being our first session, we went deep, in part because of the trust Andie had established from the start. After our session, I noticed the relationship with my voice and to my mum and sister shifted for the better.  Andie is generous with her gifts and RTT is undoubtedly one of them. I had the most amazing experience with Andie. Her methodology was calming and relaxing for me. It was my first ever RTT session and first time under hypnosis. To be honest I was a little apprehensive about being hyonotised. Andie was so intuitive and kept me relaxed and put me completely at ease. During the session I got some very clear insights into where and why I have suffered from psoriasis over the past 5 decades. Andie was able to highlight the underlying beliefs I had formed and helped me to clearly see the patterns I had developed. I felt very recharged and light as a feather after my session as if a huge weight had been lifted from me. I am continuing to listen to the recording provided every night and morning as I wave farewell to psoriasis from my life.
